Personal Training
Experience 1:2:1 or group personal training sessions in the luxury of your home, outside or online. No matter your training starting point, it’s time to get the results you want!

Our training methods are proven to assist fat loss, improve strength, elevate energy levels, whilst reducing stress and anxiety.
We love to celebrate progress; therefore, we need to make your training quantifiable. To do this, we’ll take body composition measurements, along with carrying out a movement, strength and fitness analysis during your first session, to identify your start point and build your plan. We’ll revisit this data at regular intervals to track improvements in your composition, mobility, strength and fitness.

Our personal training sessions combine strength training with boxing fundamentals to provide an engaging and progressive workout for all levels of ability. Using the latest BLK BOX equipment and building personalised music playlists we create an uplifting and motivating training environment.

We offer personal training in blocks of 10 or 20 sessions with a weekly training frequency of your choice.
During our initial consultation we’ll advise the appropriate training frequency to align with the result you want and your current lifestyle.

This 14-week programme embodies everything we do, our training blocks combined with our supportive nutrition coaching, will build the foundations for sustainable change.

We empower you with nutritional information based on science and what your body requires, without restriction, then compliment this knowledge with progressive and engaging training methods to accelerate fat loss, improve strength and elevate energy levels.
It’s the implementation of this newfound information that’s key. Therefore, we underpin this 14-week process with coaching, to support you reframing your current way of thinking, to one that is aligned to the person you want to be. This shift in mindset will be the foundation on which you build long-term new habits, and ultimately sustainable change.
